Refresh Your Sewing Stash at the Sewing Supplies Swap

The District of Sooke is pleased to share a creative, waste-reducing community event at the Sooke Library. Hosted by Zero Waste Sooke in collaboration with the Vancouver Island Regional Library, this free swap invites residents to browse for new-to-you materials, share what they no longer need, and connect with fellow makers.

How it works

Bring donations of good-condition sewing supplies to help them find a new home, and pick up fresh materials for free while supplies last.

Donation drop-off:

Supplies can be dropped off at the Sooke Library from March 1–8.

Community members of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to take part in this welcoming event that supports reuse, creativity and waste reduction in Sooke.
